Partner Christopher Palermo Moderates Panel on Medical Devices for New York State Bar Association’s Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section’s Annual Meeting
For the fifth consecutive year, legal publisher Thomson Reuters has turned to partner Chris Palermo to provide a summary of New York law on product liability for one of its publications. The online publication Cross-border Commercial Transactions, previously known as the Practical Law International Sales and Marketing Guide, is a subscription-only report that provides up-to-date insight in question-and-answer format on a wide variety of legal issues for companies doing business worldwide. The product liability section provides an overview of product liability law in various jurisdictions around the world.
A partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group, Mr. Palermo is also a member of the firm’s Product Liability practice group and represents clients in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation. He is an elected member of the Executive Committee of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, which serves to help attorneys stay informed of the latest developments in the food, drug and cosmetic law field.
