Frances M. Pantaleo is Program Co-Chair for the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law and Special Needs Section Annual Meeting 2018
Bleakley Platt partner Frances M. Pantaleo is Program Co-Chair of the Section’s Annual Meeting, held on January 23, part of the week-long Annual Meeting of the New York State Bar Association, January 22 – 26 at the New York Hilton in New York City.
Mrs. Pantaleo has been planning the program, selecting speakers, developing topics and creating a day-long event that will bring attendees up-to-date on Elder Law in New York State. The program will also feature a session on ethical standards facing Elder Law and Special Needs attorneys.
In addition to her role as Program Co-Chair for this important meeting, Mrs. Pantaleo’s other roles in the New York State Bar Association include service as Vice-Chair for the Mentoring and Special Needs Planning committees of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section and Co-Chair of the Elderly and Disabled Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section. She is a past Chair of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section.
Ms. Pantaleo leads the Elder Law and Special Needs Practice Group at Bleakley Platt and is a frequent lecturer at Continuing Legal Education programs. She also makes frequent presentations on Elder Law and Special Needs topics for consumers at the request of community and service organizations.
