Sons of the American Revolution present George Washington First in Honors Medal to Managing Partner Peter Bassano
On Sunday, June 18, Peter Bassano was awarded the George Washington First in Honors Medal from the New York Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution in recognition of his thirteen years of community service and leadership as a member of the White Plains Board of Education. The award was presented at the 90th year anniversary celebration of the historical White Plains Gedney Association at which Mr. Bassano also received the New York State Assembly Citation for public service from Assemblywoman Amy Paulin and Assemblyman David Buchwald.
Managing Partner Peter Bassano was honored at the June meeting of the White Plains School District. Board President Rosemarie Eller thanked Mr. Bassano for his exceptional leadership of the district and presented him with a Certificate of Appreciation from the Westchester-Putnam School Boards Association. Mr. Bassano was also recognized by the White Plains PTA Council and the White Plains Teacher’s Association.
