Partner Jim Glatthaar Presenter at Well-Attended Landlord-Tenant Law CLE
Last month, Bleakley Platt partner Jim Glatthaar was one of two presenters of a 2-hour CLE webinar sponsored by Judicial Title Insurance Agency LLC, entitled “The Everchanging State of Landlord-Tenant Law: Where Do We Stand Today?” This CLE was attended by 324 individuals and covered the myriad issues confronting NY residential and commercial landlords arising from legislation passed to address tenant hardships and related circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. Glatthaar is a member of the Firm’s Litigation, Co-Operative and Condominium, Construction and Real Estate Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice in the areas of zoning and land use law and litigation, cooperative and condominium law, construction law and real estate litigation. He has represented landlords, tenants, developers, non-profit institutions, sellers, purchasers, realtors, cooperatives and condominiums, alike.
