Partner Christopher Palermo Moderates Panel on Medical Devices for New York State Bar Association’s Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section’s Annual Meeting
Bleakley Platt partner Christopher C. Palermo is the moderator of a Continuing Legal Education panel discussion on medical devices at the annual meeting of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, held on January 25 at the New York Hilton in New York City. Topics of discussion on the panel include updates on FDA device and software regulation and the FDA’s evolving policy on personalized medicine tests.
Mr. Palermo is a litigation partner at the Firm with experience representing pharmaceutical companies and other health care providers in litigation matters and government investigations. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.
