Bleakley Platt is pleased to have sponsored the 2009 Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies and Dinner on July 5, 2009 in Goshen, New York. Among this year’s HOF inductees was Timothy J. Rooney, President of Yonkers Racing Corporation. For more than 35 years, Tim has greatly influenced the Standardbred sport as President of one of Harness Racing’s most successful tracks, Yonkers Raceway, as well as being a prominent owner and horse breeder. The Firm warmly congratulates our long-time friend and client Tim Rooney on his well-deserved election to the Harness Racing Hall of Fame.
