Biography

Mr. Borman brings extensive experience in both Real Estate and Litigation work to the firm. His real estate background includes residential real estate purchases and sales, commercial leases, mortgage foreclosures, acting as settlement agent for banks, business asset purchases, and business entity formation. In litigation, he has worked on matters involving pharmaceutical products liability, other mass torts, trade secret misappropriation, commercial and residential contract disputes, oppressed shareholder claims, and fraudulent conveyance claims. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Borman was an experienced software engineer.
