Biography
Mr. Burns joins the firm after more than a decade of litigation experience in the public and private sectors. He served as an Assistant County Attorney in the Westchester County Attorney’s Office, an Assistant Attorney General in the New York State Office of the Attorney General, and a Litigation Associate at a global law firm. In addition, Mr. Burns has clerked for then-Chief Judge Dora L. Irizarry in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Judge Philip M. Halpern in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and Justice Christie L. D’Alessio in the New York State Supreme Court, Ninth Judicial District.
