The Environmental Practice Group is one of the largest in the Northeast outside of New York City. Our attorneys, many of whom come from national firms, offer sophisticated representation and achieve cost effective, practical results.
The Group is equipped to address a wide range of environmental matters for corporate clients, large and small. Our corporate clients include major oil companies and Fortune 100 companies, as well as area municipalities and insurance companies.
Our attorneys supervise and manage complex cases involving hundreds of litigants. When required, we engage technical consultants and experts to assist in the presentation of complex scientific issues. The Environmental Practice Group has successfully represented area corporations as well as individual clients in matters pertaining to local zoning and compliance issues, discharges of hazardous substances and toxic torts. We appear regularly before administrative agencies and in state and federal court.
As circumstances require, our Group enhances its own team resources with experienced attorneys in the Firm's Litigation, Real Estate, Criminal, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and other Practice Groups in order to fully meet our clients' particular circumstances.
