Biography
Mr. Bailey is the head of our Intellectual Property Practice Group, and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Bailey was a partner at a major New York City law firm and had practiced at that firm and its predecessors for 25 years before joining Bleakley Platt in 2003.
Mr. Bailey's practice focuses on trademark and copyright registration and enforcement, antitrust and unfair competition, distribution and marketing issues. He has an extensive litigation background in these fields, as well as experience in general contract and commercial litigation, fraudulent conveyance, Uniform Commercial Code law and class action defense work.
