Biography

Ms. Fitzsimmons is a member of the Commercial Finance and Real Estate Practice Groups. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Fitzsimmons was associated with the New York City office of Loeb and Loeb and with the firm of Bachner, Tally & Polevoy in Manhattan.

Ms. Fitzsimmons has a broad range of experience in all aspects of the practice of real estate law including, commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales and secured financing.
