Represents a national, privately held hospitality group in connection with labor, leasing, financing and general commercial matters.

Served as principal advisor on real estate matters for a major aerospace and defense business and a major consumer products company in connection with merger and acquisition transactions and the acquisition, management and disposition of commercial and industrial properties, including properties affected by significant environmental conditions.

Represented the arranger and agent in a $650 million synthetic lease financing in connection with the construction of a new world headquarters building in New York City for a major financial institution.

Represented several private golf courses in Westchester County in connection with construction financing.
