Biography
Mr. Benenati is a member of the Firm’s Insurance Law and
Litigation Practice Groups. Prior to joining Bleakley Platt in February
2004, Mr. Benenati was associated with several prominent Manhattan
based law firms.
Mr. Benenati’s practice focuses on representing companies
in diverse industries, including health care and manufacturing,
in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including complex
contract and business tort cases, such as fraud, breach of fiduciary
duty, conversion and unjust enrichment, and insurance coverage issues.
His practice also focuses on representing companies in lawsuits
involving product liability, environmental, mass and toxic tort,
and insurance defense related matters.
