Biography
Mr. Parisi is the head of our Environmental Practice Group and
a member of our Litigation and Toxic Tort/Complex Litigation Practice
Groups. During his more than 13 years with the Firm, Mr. Parisi
has acquired substantial trial and litigation experience representing
clients in environmental and general commercial matters in state
and federal court.
Mr. Parisi is an experienced trial lawyer in both environmental
and general civil matters. His primary practice area is environmental
law. He represents several major oil companies in products liability
and environmental contamination actions filed throughout the United
States. He has also represented area municipalities, corporations
and individuals in environmental and zoning disputes, including
CERCLA "Superfund" cost recovery actions, RCRA, Clean
Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act lawsuits, and cases involving
other local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations.
Mr. Parisi also represents national retail stores, area businesses
and individuals in commercial business disputes in state and federal
court. He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution,
including the arbitration and mediation of civil disputes.
In 2007, Mr. Parisi was honored as a "Rising Star," one of Westchester County’s "Forty under Forty" by the Business Council of Westchester. He has made legal presentations to business organizations in several states relating to sponsor and promoter liability, as well as to aspects of the Fair Labor Standards Act. He is also the author of published articles on the effects of exposure to electromagnetic fields on individuals and on property values. (cancer phobia.pdf )
