Biography
Mr. Berkelhamer is a senior member of the Firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. Prior to joining our Firm, he was a partner with Rubin Gross from 1971 to 1989; labor counsel to Borden, Inc. from 1968 to 1971; a labor attorney with Dewey Ballantine Bushby & Wood from 1963 to 1968; and a staff attorney with the National Labor Relations Board from 1958 to 1963.
Mr. Berkelhamer represents and counsels large and small employers in a full range of employment-related matters, including employment terminations and discipline, reductions-in-force, personnel policies and practices, labor arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations.
