Biography

Mr. Madden is a member of our Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups. Prior to joining our Firm, Mr. Madden was the First Deputy Corporation Counsel for the City of Yonkers from 2004 to 2007.

Mr. Madden represents and counsels clients in municipal law, land use, zoning, planning, SEQRA and litigation.
