Biography

Mr. Risi is a member of the Firm's Litigation, Insurance Law and Product Liability Practice Groups. Prior to joining the Firm, he was engaged in the defense of Fortune 100 companies and other corporations against product liability and catastrophic injury claims.

Mr. Risi represents clients in a wide range of general civil litigations, trials and appeals, including land use, corporate, negligence and contract matters, and has represented major insurance carriers in the defense of significant products liability and personal injury matters. He is also experienced in State Environmental Quality Review Act and municipal planning issues relevant to landowners and municipalities, including negotiations with, and public hearings before, lead agencies.
