Biography
Mr. O'Neill is a member of the Appellate Practice, Commercial Finance, and Litigation Practice Groups.
Mr. O'Neill represents institutional lenders in a variery of creditors' rights issues, including foreclosure, bankruptcy and lender liability. His litigation practice also includes real estate matters, banking related issues and other commercial disputes.
