Mr. Fyfe has participated in proceedings involving industrial properties and laboratory space owned by major corporations throughout the State of New York. These locations include Salina, Lockport, Seneca Falls, Schenectady, Saugerties, Massena, North Tarrytown, Poughkeepsie, Kingston, and Hastings. He has also represented various commercial properties such as shopping centers and department stores from Suffolk County to Albany County. In this area he participated in the proceeding Matter of White Plains Properties Corp. v. Assessor of the City of White Plains, 50 N.Y. 2d 839 (1980), which established the standard for the valuation of a freestanding department store.

In addition, Mr. Fyfe has represented numerous apartment buildings (rental, cooperative and condominium) and office buildings throughout the Hudson Valley. He has obtained substantial tax relief for major office building owners in Westchester County, as well as for various recreational facilities such as private golf clubs, swim clubs and a well-known harness racing track.
