Biography
Mr. Morrison is the head of the Firm's Insurance Practice Group, and a member of the Litigation and Environmental Practice Groups. Prior to joining the Firm in 2001, Mr. Morrison was a partner at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker, LLP.
Mr. Morrison represents businesses, individuals and municipalities in environmental government-initiated and private party proceedings and litigation. He has been extensively engaged in toxic tort litigation arising out of exposure to asbestos, lead and chemicals. Insurance coverage, including coverage for environmental, professional liability and intellectual property matters, is also a focus of his practice. Additionally, Mr. Morrison represents clients in the areas of product liability, construction, labor law and premises security litigation.
Mr. Morrison is a frequent speaker and author of articles directed to the business and legal communities.

Mr. Morrison is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and is currently Co-Chair of the Environmental Insurance Committee of the Environmental Law Section. He also is affiliated with the American Corporate Counsel Association.
