Biography Ms. Neary is a member of our Litigation, Appellate and Immigration Law Practice Groups. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Neary had consecutive internships in the Securities and Commodities Fraud Unit of the United States Attorney's Office and for the Honorable Arthur J. Gonzalez in the United States Bankruptcy Court, both in the Southern District of New York. Ms. Neary has represented corporations, banks, insurance companies and individuals in a variety of commercial, environmental, real estate and employment discrimination matters. She also has experience representing corporations, business executives, professional employees and individual clients in immigration matters. Ms. Neary is fluent in Spanish.
