Biography

Mr. Lorenz is the head of our Corporate Law Practice Group. With over 40 years of experience in corporate practice, he represents a variety of public and closely held entities, including mutual funds. In addition, Mr. Lorenz has represented clients in a variety of joint venture and other contractual arrangements in the United States, Europe, South America and the Middle East.

Mr. Lorenz concentrates in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financing, capital formation including private placements, and securities laws and regulations.
