Raymond M. Planell


Mr. Planell is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, Emeritus, and former head of the Trusts & Estates Practice Group.  His practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts and related estate planning documents and the representation of Executors, Trustees and beneficiaries in Surrogate’s Court proceedings and with respect to the administration of estates and trusts.  He also provides analysis and advice regarding estate tax, gift tax and fiduciary income tax matters. 

Mr. Planell has been a former Adjunct Professor at Pace University in Estate Planning and a frequent lecturer at bar associations, business groups and charitable organizations on topics involving the area of trusts and estates law.
