John J. Loveless
Counsel
Mr. Loveless is a member of our Valuation, Condemnation and Tax Certiorari Practice Group. He is an experienced trial and appellate attorney who concentrates in proceedings involving the valuation of numerous types of properties. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and argued appeals in State and Federal Courts, including the Second Circuit and New York’s Court of Appeals.
Mr. Loveless represents both public and private organizations, corporations and other entities in all aspects of the valuation of property and businesses, concentrating in the areas of tax certiorari and condemnation. He has represented individuals, companies and municipalities in property tax challenges and related property tax proceedings, including in rem foreclosures and segment rate challenges.
